Jathi Academy is NC registered llc. we are serving the Charlotte and Concord communities for over 7+ years, our studio has become a trusted destination for quality dance education. We specialize in Bharatanatyam, one of India’s most revered classical dance forms, and Bollywood dance, a vibrant and expressive style loved by all ages. We bring deep knowledge, patience, and passion into every class, helping students develop both technical excellence and artistic expression.
We strongly believe that every student deserves personal attention. That’s why we maintain small, less crowded batches, allowing us to closely observe, guide, and support each dancer’s individual progress.

BharathaNatyam
We offer Sampada Certification Programs for students who wish to pursue structured and recognized training in Bharatanatyam. These programs are designed to strengthen technical skills, theoretical knowledge, and performance readiness at various levels.
Our studio also provides Nattuvangam training, focusing on rhythm, tala, and traditional accompaniment techniques—an essential skill for advanced students and aspiring dance teachers.
We follow the Kalakshetra style of Bharatanatyam, emphasizing strong lines, precise movements, expressive abhinaya, and disciplined training rooted in tradition.
For students completing their formal training, we proudly provide Arangetram guidance and certification, marking an important milestone in their dance journey. From preparation to performance, we support students every step of the way to ensure a confident and memorable debut.
